Returns & Refunds
At Ghazanfar Express, we want you to receive your order in good condition and as described.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us review the issue, we may ask you to provide clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and the reported problem.
Return Eligibility
A return or replacement may be accepted if:
- The product was received damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product has a material issue that prevents it from functioning as described.
Products must be returned with their original accessories and included items where applicable.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Products used for an event, function, temporary purpose, or trial and then returned.
- Products damaged through misuse, mishandling, or improper use.
- Products returned without prior approval from Ghazanfar Express.
- Issues reported more than 7 days after delivery.
Return Process
Please contact us before sending any product back. Do not return a parcel without receiving return instructions from us first.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the necessary return instructions.
Refunds and Replacements
Approved returned items will be inspected after they are received. If the return is accepted, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be arranged using an available refund method after the required details have been confirmed with the customer.
Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to cancel it before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
